Remote Record Access is now available for Norfolk Circuit Court Land Records, Judgments, Marriage Licenses, etc.  We currently have indexes and images as listed below.  We continue to add records weekly.

Cost to access the system is a flat fee of $50.00 per month or $500.00 for one year.  The Clerk's Office DOES NOT bill for these services.  It is the responsibility of the subscriber to maintain the account current.

The Subscriber is defined as a person. Only individuals will be granted access to the Remote Records System.  Sharing of user-id's and passwords is a violation and will result in termination of the account.

The Subscriber Agreement and Subscriber Application are available below in PDF format.  Please complete your application and return to the Circuit Court Clerk's Office of the City of Norfolk.  Upon receipt of your application and fee, an account will be created for you.
