The Norfolk Circuit Court’s Term begins on the first day of each month.  Grand Jury/Docket Call is held on the first and third Wednesday of each month at 9:30am.  Criminal cases commence at 9:30am, Monday through Thursday.  Sentencing and Probation Revocation Hearings are heard on Fridays at 9:00am, 11:00am and 2:00pm.
